FSGW presents: #dance weekend 2019!

An ultra challenging urban dance weekend featuring mind bending figures and non-gendered calling by Will Mentor & Seth Tepfer; Music by Cloud Ten, featuring Cedar Stanistreet, Ness Smith-Savedoff, Donal Sheets, and Max Newman; and Silver Sail, featuring Kristen Planeaux (The Ripples), Mimi Larson (the Mean Lids) and Kelsey Wells (Turnip the Beet)

Three nights and two days of amazing workshops, dancing, community, fun and food. Main dances in the fabulous open air, covered Bumper Car Pavilion, workshops throughout Glen Echo Park, Glen Echo, MD

WHAT IS THIS WEEKEND!?!?!?

FRIDAY: 8:30 to 11:30 PM dance in the fabulous, famous, Glen Echo Spanish Ballroom.

SATURDAY Daytime (Registered Weekend Attendees only)
starting around 9:00 am with a callers workshop, workshops, dancing from 10 to lunch, lunch (provided), dancing from 2 to dinner, potluck - evening dancers welcome to please join the potluck at 6:30.

SATURDAY Night - no lesson - 7:30 - 11:30 (included in weekend registration. Welcome Walk Ins - Students: $10, All others $20, at the door.)
A "Zesty" Contra Dance in the Bumper Car Pavilion, 7:30 - 11:30, Calling by Seth and Will, Bands are Cloud Ten and Silver Sail

SUNDAY Day (Registered Weekend Attendees only)
Like Saturday: callers workshop and coffee, workshops, dancing, lunch (provided), workshops, dancing Potluck - evening walk ins welcome to join the potluck at 6:00!

SUNDAY Night - 7:30 to 10:30; included in weekend registration, walk ins welcome. Students $10, all other walk-ins $15
Wrap up the weekend with our scheduled Sunday Night Dance with two hot bands and two hot callers!
