There is a new contra music jam in town! The Heartwood Jam takes place on the first Tuesday of every month from 6:30 to 9:30. As long as you’re capable of basically holding a melody or rhythm (or just want to listen), you’re welcome to join! This month the jam will be held at a different home in Takoma Park - email Zane Potorti for address.
Zane Potorti, the host, organized jam sessions like this in North Carolina, where they founded and led the Original Neighbors Open Band.
For the address, suggested tune list, or ridesharing help, email Zane Potorti.
