The Washington Folk Festival returns on August 23, 2026
A one-day event, jam-packed roster with dancing, storytelling, and music ranging from American to International styles: bluegrass to Celtic, Klezmer to Americana, blues to Zydeco, we cover folk music from around the world! Five stages, hundreds of performers, and it's all free!

In addition to being part of a team of awesome helpers, volunteers get food from lovely food trucks, a special pin, and lots of smiles and appreciation! Students can also get SSL hours for volunteering!
