Celebrate the official beginning of Autumn on Friday evening, September 20, with a high-spirited concert by the OCEAN Celtic quartet, whom The Washington Post has called ?nothing short of spellbinding? and Eye on Annapolis has dubbed ?Washington?s most prominent Celtic fusion group.? Composer and ethnomusicologist Jennifer Cutting culls through the Library of Congress?s Folk Archive to find rare ballads and tunes, giving them shimmering new musical shapes.
