FSGW Attention, FSGW members and member organizations:
Due to security concerns, default login credentials have been disabled; that is, if you use your last name and member number to login to the FSGW website, your login has been disabled.

Your personal information in your FSGW member profile has been vulnerable to collection by others, leading to the possibility of identity theft. This is true even you have set a custom login in the past (one that does not use your last name and member number). This vulnerability has been patched, but if your data were collected, that cannot be undone. We encourage you to take measures to protect your identity if you have not already done so, although bear in mind that your member profile does not include your birth date, financial information, or SSN.

If you would like us to create a more secure login for you, please send a request by email to login@fsgw.org with your name and member number, and we will reply with instructions. If you would prefer a response by phone, please also include your phone number and whether you would like a text message or a voice call. If you already have a custom login, please continue to use that login.

You may also email login@fsgw.org with any questions or concerns about this matter.
